Stiftung FAR needed a solution to translate complex regulatory requirements into user-friendly workflows. Managing pension applications across multiple departments required coordinating different roles and responsibilities while maintaining data accuracy and processing efficiency.

The Solution

Quatico developed a process-driven web application that enables continuous application processing with four-eyes review, automated monthly payment runs, annual pension reviews, and role-based task assignment. The solution is built on a business process engine with BPMN notation.
